Salmon fillet washer – MFR-150S

The salmon fillet washer is made of stainless and acid-resistant steel, which ensures its high resistance to damage and high hygienic conditions during operation. Thanks to the closed construction, the use of the machine is completely safe. The washer was supplemented with a clear control panel that allows full control over the washing process. Modern solutions ensure minimum operating costs of the device. During washing, a salt solution with a concentration of 3% is used. The salmon fillet washer has a capacity of up to 2800 pcs/h. During the washing process, fillets weighing up to 1.5 kg can be placed on the belt in the amount of 2 pieces.
