Chemaxpol, active on the market since 2007, was one of the exhibitors at Warsaw Food Expo 2025 at Ptak Warsaw Expo in Nadarzyn near Warsaw. It attracted visitors’ attention with a comprehensive approach to designing and manufacturing washing and sanitary equipment and machinery made of stainless and acid-resistant steel. The manufacturer emphasises that its goal is to deliver solutions that not only support customers in implementing their business plans but also increase process efficiency and help optimise utility costs in production plants. Chemaxpol acts as originator, designer and contractor, making it easier to refine designs in practice and fulfil tailor-made orders, including more complex projects, together with implementation consulting.
The company’s offering includes, among other things, access points and pass-through turnstiles with functions enforcing hygiene procedures, such as hand-disinfection modules, which can be expanded modularly for a specific plant. Chemaxpol also develops specialised lines and washers for the food industry, including Big-Box container washers with a stated capacity of 30–200 units/h and the option of washing Euro pallets or meat trolleys using dedicated inserts; knife/glove/apron carrier washers with a rapid-sterilisation option; and solutions dedicated to specific segments, such as cheese-block washers for the dairy sector or high-capacity slaughter-hook washers. The company also points to the implementation of an ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System and the use of modern production facilities, including CNC and water-jet equipment, to maintain consistent quality and short lead times.
Warsaw Food Expo 2025 itself provided a strong business setting for such presentations: the event’s 7th edition took place on 20–22 May 2025 and, according to the organiser’s summary, attracted 16 101 participants and 402 exhibitors, with representatives from 46 countries and approximately 25 000 m² of exhibition space. The programme emphasised practical networking and contracting, presentations of technologies for the food sector and a conference section devoted to automation, including AI applications, and packaging trends and regulations. Accompanying events such as Bakery Expo, Dairy Expo, Drink Expo and Meat Expo were held in parallel, further organising the subject matter by market segment.
