Automatic unloading system for frozen/fresh product in E2 containers placed directly on pallets, operating together with the meat block separation line.
A pallet carrying fresh/frozen meat in containers is loaded onto the line by an operator using a forklift/pallet truck. The pallet with the product is placed in the unloading chamber. After automatic start-up or pressing the start button, the meat containers are depalletised. 4 containers at a time are removed from each layer and placed on the separating conveyor, from where they are fed directly to the separation line.
